Established in 1994, Lawrence & Foster Ltd are a family based company with a small workforce, dedicated to producing traditional tailored headwear for the UK and the wider world. Our portfolio is drawn from the traditional with an eye very much on the future.
Our aim has always been to provide an excellent range of smart and appealing designs for both ladies & gentlemen and we offer a broad range of fabrics for the purpose.

Hello Stuart,
Thank you for your enquiry. Unfortunately there are too few outlets for us in the Manchester area at present. This is in part due to much of our production being made to order and being distributed direct to country estates and their providers.
That said, we are happy to help where we can with the two styles you mention. Firstly, the Deerstalker is made and issued in a nice crisp fashion, but the reality is that they do get folded and placed in shooting bags and cover coat pockets. Secondly, the Towton cap is available in the wider scheme of things, it’s just that we have a glitch with the website. We’ll be delighted to work around this problem if a Towton is required.
