This incorporates ‘top-stitched’ segments, meeting along a central seam and carrying our traditional hessian interlining as well as sporting a straight peak with stud fastening.
Like many of our styles, these are available in a selection of tweeds as well as the linens (Foss & Twiss) for spring & summer wear.

This is my second cap from L & F and the quality of workmanship is every bit as good as the first. I chose the Dove tweed and despite the colour again being darker than on the web site it turned out to be an excellent choice. The style is a baker boy but isn’t as full so it is probably better for the leaner face. My only small gripe is I wish L & F would use first class post.

I have just received my second York Cap, this one is in the Nidd tweed, and just like the other one in Ribble the fit and finish is excellent. If you are thinking of getting yourself a cap then Lawrence and Foster are the ones to go for.
