A lovely cap, i got mine in wharfe tweed which is a nice beige colour and is nice and thick, the only personal alteration i made to it was cutting out the plastic bit above the brim inside the hat which is attached to the press stud as it impedes in how you personally want the crown of the hat to sit on your head, it also looks more like a 1930s flat cap as a result because of the extended peak and rounded crown which is good to me as i have a 1930’s style, it also looks good as standard but i personally prefer caps without the plastic bit as it makes them look more slim and modern.
The service from from L&F was very fast and received it the day after it was dispatched, i am happy to support a Yorkshire business coming from Yorkshire myself.

I have had my Helmsley Cap in Tees tweed 6 days now and I absolutely love it, the quality of the workmanship is exceptional. It is so good I have ordered another one in the Esk tweed along with a Countryman in Wharfe tweed and a York in Ribble tweed, as I always say you can’t have too many quality caps.
